Ansanm, under the ownership of Chef Chris Viaud, Top Chef season 18 contestant and 2x James Beard Semi-Finalist, is a contemporary dining experience located off the Oval in Milford, New Hampshire. The food at Ansanm highlights the flavors, ingredients, and techniques associated with Haitian Cuisine with a focus on sourcing from local farmers and vendors.

 

Ansanm means "together" in Haitian Creole, and we celebrate our family's love of creating these recipes for you and yours to enjoy that feeling together.
